Shipping policy

Shipping

Most orders received will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. For pre-orders, the product will typically be shipped on day of release (conditional on product availability and receipt from distribution).

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by The Awesome Couple LLC or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Multiple Product Orders

For order with multiple products, we will make every effort to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. If an order includes back ordered items or a future pre-order, your order may be sent in multiple shipments or will be held until all products are available to ship together.

Note that some products may have a purchase limit, restricting the number of that product which can be ordered both within a single order as well as within a set time period - noted in both the product quantity dropdown as well as the product description. Any orders in which the product limit is exceeded may result in cancelation of all related orders, whether intentional or otherwise.

Backorders & Out-of-Stock Products

We always do our best to keep all available and desired products in stock, but on occasion we may sell out of a single product. We do not offer backorders due to the uncertainty as to when and if some products will be in stock again.

There may also be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. We also reserve the right to cancel the order if the out-of-stock item is not projected to be back in stock within 7 days.

eDelivery

Some of the products available through The Awesome Couple LLC are digital codes for online redemption. Digital codes are provided electronically within the purchase confirmation email following a successful order.  Digital codes are to be redeemed within 30 days of purchase.  Redemption after 30 days may result in some Digital codes to become used due to online bots.  The Awesome Couple LLC are not responsible for any Digital codes that become redeemed beyond 30 days of purchase.

In the rare event of a eDelivery issue or if an order is flagged for manual review, there may be a delay in receiving your codes. Please contact our support team and we will assist you.

In Store Pickup

Orders placed for in store pickup will typically be available within an hour of purchase (unless the product ordered has a future release date). We ask that customer's pick up their order within 7 days of the order being ready (you'll be notified by email). If the order has not been picked up after 30 days and we have not had any communication with you, we will cancel and refund your order (unless the product is non-refundable, i.e. live pack breaks). After 30 days, we are no longer liable for the product(s).
