Interested in reserving Awesome CCG's game room for a private event?
The game room in Londonderry NH is available for rent on a case-by-case basis. All events are subject to owner approval and schedule availability (any scheduled tournaments have priority). Events should not be for profit (i.e. no card shows) or in anyway conflict with the business operations or code of conduct/values (i.e. no political event or events that could be labeled as discriminatory).
The game room in Londonderry, NH can ft up to 40 people (including organizers and staff). The room has 6, 8' tables with 36 chairs. The room also has 2 smart TVs (with casting enabled). The room also has 100+ demo board games available for free play and use.
- For card tournaments, we recommend a maximum capacity of 36 players (6 players x 6 tables).
- For board games, we recommend a maximum capacity of 24 players (4 players x 6 tables).
During a private event, the retail area of the store will remain open to the public. here is also only one restroom on-site which will be accessible to retail patrons, staff, and event attendees. The game room will be reserved for the event attendees (staff and retail patrons may travel through the room to get to the bathroom or store room.
Cost (50% non refundable deposit required upon acceptance of rental):
- A fully private rental of the game room has a fee of $200 for a 3 hour window.
- A semi-private rental of the game room reserves 1/2 the room allowing Awesome CCG to run our weekly tournaments along side the event for a fee of $50 for a 3 hour window.
- To have a dedicated staff member help coordinate your event (i.e. run demo board games), there is an additional fee of $50/hour per staff member (subject to availability and must be prearranged). Ratio of staff to participants vary based on the activity (i.e. for board games, the recommendation is 1 staff per 6 players).
