Refund policy
All sales are final. However, our team will review any requests for a return authorization on a case by case basis. All cancelations and returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price - this includes pre-orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return request, you can contact us at support@awesomeccg.com.
If your return is accepted, we'll provide return expectations and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor returned back to you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a package is received damaged (i.e. external shipping materials are ripped, crushed, or wet) , please document the packaging using photos. If damaged beyond acceptability, the delivery may be refused from the shipping service and returned to us for processing.
Please note that all products sold and shipped are meant to be opened. If purchasing products for sealed collection, it isn't guaranteed your product will arrive in perfect condition. Manufacturer and packaging defects do not qualify for a return/exchange.
Digital Products
The Awesome Couple LLC is not responsible for the content associated with a successful redemption of a Pokemon TCG Live (PTCGL) digital code. The contents of all codes are subject to change and are outside the control and responsibility of The Awesome Couple LLC.
All digital codes are intended for immediate redemption following purchase and receipt. Any issues redeeming the codes must be reported within 7 days.
